Child Safety Standards Policy

1. Zero Tolerance for CSAE & CSAM

Memesy maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for all forms of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

This explicitly includes but is not limited to:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) of any kind
• Sexualization or sexual exploitation of minors
• Child grooming behaviors or attempts
• Sexual extortion (sextortion) targeting minors
• Trafficking, advertising, or solicitation of minors
• Any imagery, content, or communication that depicts, encourages, promotes, or facilitates sexual abuse of children
• Inappropriate interaction with minors (e.g., solicitation, predatory contact)

Any such content or behavior is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate enforcement action.

2. Immediate Action on CSAM

Upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE content on Memesy, we take immediate and decisive action:

• Content Removal: All violating content is removed immediately without warning.
• Account Suspension: User accounts involved are permanently suspended or banned.
• Evidence Preservation: All relevant information, metadata, and evidence is securely preserved.
• Law Enforcement Reporting: We report all suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies.
• IP & Device Blocking: We may block devices and IP addresses associated with violations.

3. In-App Reporting & User Feedback

Memesy provides multiple in-app mechanisms for users to report concerns, harmful content, or suspicious behavior:

• Report a Post: Tap the three-dot menu on any post → select "Report Post" → choose "Child Sexual Abuse / Exploitation (CSAE)" or another appropriate category.
• Report a User: Visit the user's profile → tap the three-dot menu → select "Report User" → provide details.
• Report a Comment: Long-press any comment → select "Report Comment" → choose the violation type.
• Direct Contact: Email our Child Safety Team directly at memesypvt@gmail.com for urgent concerns.

All reports are reviewed promptly. We encourage immediate reporting of any content or behavior that may involve CSAE or pose risk to minors. False or malicious reporting is prohibited and may result in account penalties.

4. Child Safety Point of Contact

Memesy designates a specific point of contact to receive notifications from Google Play and other authorities regarding CSAE content:

This designated representative is authorized to discuss enforcement procedures, review processes, and take immediate action when required.

5. Legal Compliance & Reporting

Memesy and its developer, Wipyy, commit to full compliance with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including:

• Maintaining processes to report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or relevant regional authorities.
• Cooperating fully with law enforcement investigations.
• Complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar international regulations.
• Following Google Play's Child Safety Standards Policy requirements.
• Adhering to applicable data protection laws regarding minors.

6. Age Restrictions & Minor Protection

• Memesy is not intended for children under the age of 13.
• Users aged 13-17 may be subject to additional safeguards and parental consent requirements as required by local laws.
• Users must not share personal identifying information (PII) of minors, including names, addresses, phone numbers, school information, or photographs without proper consent.
• Requesting or soliciting personal information from minors is strictly prohibited.

7. Content Moderation & Detection

Memesy employs multiple layers of protection:

• Automated Detection: AI-powered systems scan for potential CSAM and inappropriate content.
• User Reports: Community-driven reporting system with rapid review.
• Manual Review: Human moderators review flagged content and accounts.
• Proactive Monitoring: Regular audits and content safety assessments.

8. Enforcement & Penalties

Violations of this Child Safety Standards Policy result in severe consequences:

• First Violation: Immediate content removal and permanent account ban.
• CSAM/CSAE Content: Immediate removal, permanent ban, evidence preservation, and mandatory reporting to NCMEC and law enforcement.
• Grooming/Predatory Behavior: Permanent ban and reporting to authorities.
• No Appeals: Bans related to CSAE violations are permanent and non-negotiable.

9. Policy Scope

This Child Safety Standards Policy applies to all aspects of the Memesy app, including but not limited to:

• User-generated meme posts and media uploads
• Comments and replies
• Video clips and recordings
• Direct messages and private communications
• User profiles, bios, usernames, and display names
• Poll content and interactions
• Any external links or content shared through the app

10. User Education & Resources

Memesy is committed to raising awareness about online child safety. Users can access:

• In-app safety tips and guidelines
• Links to child safety organizations and resources
• Regular safety reminders and updates
• Educational content about recognizing and reporting CSAE
